Ordered progressive lens glasses at Security Blvd Store. AB ordered incorrect frames???
I was told they would expedite. That was a lie because I was informed when I called that they "cannot" expedite. I asked them to supply me w/a tracking number. They "cannot" do that.
Jill, who indicated she was the GM, said she would research as to where they were in the "process" and call me back. Here's a big surprise-still haven't heard from her. I called customer-lack-of-service and spoke with Alexis. She was also rude and told me everything they "cannot" do to help me get my glasses in the time frame that I was supposed to receive them prior to AB ordering incorrect frames.
I asked to speak to a manager.
Wait for it.....on another call and will call me back. Did not happen.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
I didn't like: Lack of customer service.
